Product Information – AlphaTheta RMX-Ignite
Introducing the RMX-Ignite: the new DJ effector from Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta. The main differences compared to the RMX-1000 are that the IGNITE features a ProDJ Link connection, a color display, digital send/return via USB-C, improved sound quality, and USB-C power. The USB-C connection is currently supported on the DJM-A9 and DJM-V10.
The interface is clear and precise, designed to stimulate your creativity. Pads, buttons, and faders are all combined in a single layout; with your CDJs, mixer, and other equipment set up, your entire setup becomes one instrument at your fingertips. From a top view, the layout of the CDJ, DJM, and RMX-IGNITE is clear and perfectly aligned. All controls are immediately readable, so you know exactly what to adjust, even before you start mixing.
Digital Send/Return
A fast setup means you can start mixing right away. Simply connect a USB cable to the MULTI I/O port on your mixer.

3-Band FX
The 3-Band FX section includes Lever FX and Isolate FX, both of which can be applied to high, mid, and low frequencies.
By combining these two effects, you gain a variety of performance options, and with the sub-parameter knobs you can fine-tune the sound for a fuller, more expressive result.
Lever FX
Use the three large levers to instantly apply dramatic effects:
Echo, Reverb, Juggle, Reverse, Solo, and Stretch.
Isolate FX
Three large knobs provide smooth and dynamic control over Tape Echo, Reverb, Drive, Filter, Ducker, and Rhythm.
Release Echo
With a single button, you can instantly stop effects and samples, then smoothly return to the original track with a reverb tail.
Sample Trigger Pad
Use the four responsive pads to intuitively trigger 20 built-in samples from Loopmasters.
In Overdub mode, you can loop 1-bar phrases and layer samples to build dynamic expression.
Sample Roll
Samples triggered by the pads can be applied in 10 patterns.
With the new Groove Roll, you can press multiple buttons at the same time to create accented, fluid rolls that highlight your personality and add energy to your build-ups.
Sampler Color FX
Use six dedicated effects—Echo, Space, Filter, Pitch, Decay, and Swing—controlled with a single knob to instantly add depth or groove to samples.
RMX-IGNITE Sample Manager
Play your own samples from a USB flash drive or from any multi player connected via PRO DJ LINK.
Playing Samples
Load samples directly from PRO DJ LINK–connected players, without the need for separate sample storage.
BPM and beatgrid information are automatically synchronized.
High-Quality Audio Reproduction
Studio-quality 96 kHz / 64-bit DSP processing and ESS 32-bit A/D and D/A converters reproduce music with exceptional clarity and depth.
