With the Epiphone ES-345 Varitone Bigsby Vintage Sunburst, the deluxe version of the popular semi-hollow classic returns to the Epiphone portfolio. The semi-hollow guitar, made according to the classic Gibson recipe with a classic maple laminate body, has a solid Center block made of spruce wood, which gives it additional resonance and feedback resistance at the same time. The traditional Rounded-C profile of the mahogany neck ensures a proven feel in all registers, while two Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers provide every conceivable sound between smooth cleans and steamy rock tones. The VariTone circuit with six positions provides different capacitors for different Treble roll-offs of the tone controls. The Epiphone ES-345 Varitone is completed by a solid LockTone Tune-o-Matic with a practical locking function and a Bigsby B-5 for shimmering vibrato sounds.
