JACKSON Legend Series Marty Friedman Kelly KE-1 Limited Edition

Product details

Product Description

The Jackson Limited Edition Legend Series Signature Marty Friedman Kelly KE-1 brings one of the most sought-after signature guitars of the late '90s back from the vault. Originally released in limited numbers and now hugely collectible, this faithful recreation is built from Marty's original sample guitar and gives players the chance to own a true piece of Jackson history (without the collector's price tag!).
Built for speed & precision

At its core is an Alder body paired with a 3-piece Maple neck-through construction, delivering the sustain, stability and upper-fret access that shredders crave. The Ebony fingerboard features Jackson's fast-playing 12"-16" compound radius design for fluid leads and choke-free bends, alongside 24 jumbo frets and classic Jackson pearloid sharkfin inlays.
Tornado of tone

Keeping things authentic, Jackson has equipped the KE-1 with a Seymour Duncan JB bridge humbucker. Renowned for its powerful output, tight low end and cutting midrange, it's the perfect match for Marty's articulate Megadeth-era rhythm work and expressive, lightning-fast solo phrasing.
Every detail preserved

From the Kahler 7330 Fixed bridge providing rock-solid tuning stability to the iconic white "1" graphic adorning the body's side, every detail has been faithfully recreated. It even ships with a custom Jackson Foam Core case, making this limited-edition model a fitting tribute to one of metal's most idiosyncratic and influential guitarists.

Features

Faithful reproduction of Friedman's original signature model: Meticulously recreated from Marty's actual late-'90s guitar, this Legend Series KE-1 captures all the details that made his original signature model instantly recognisable on stage and in countless music videos.
Neck-through construction: The 3-piece Maple neck-through design with Alder body wings delivers masses of sustain and effortless upper-fret access, providing the smooth, fluid playability that helped define Marty's melodic style.
12" to 16" compound radius fingerboard: Slightly rounder at the nut for comfortable chord work, it gradually flattens out higher up the neck to accommodate fast runs, wide bends and precise lead playing.
24 jumbo frets: Built for speed and easy playability, making string bends feel smooth and giving technical passages plenty of room to breathe.
Seymour Duncan JB bridge pickup: A true high-output classic, the Seymour Duncan JB delivers powerful punch, tight low-end response and cutting mids.
Kahler 7330 Series fixed bridge: Maximises resonance and sustain while providing rock-solid tuning stability. Its fixed design also ensures consistent string spacing and reliable intonation, even during the most aggressive performances.
Included custom Foam Core case: Whether you're heading to rehearsals, recording sessions or gigs, the included custom Foam Core case keeps your prized KE-1 protected every step of the way.
