Martinez MC58C has the classic wood combination in a budget-conscious package. A solid cedar top is combined with laminated rosewood sides and back. The solid cedar top is giving this guitar the warm and direct response, the rosewood sides and back bring the bolder, sonorous qualities that are so typical of rosewood. Tonebuilding is much more precise than it is with the more forgiving mahogany version. The high quality standard of Martinez can be witnessed throughout this instrument. The modern, lightweight trussrod with hidden acces and the angled bone saddle are features, not just to show the perfect workmanship of Martinez, they contribute massively to the sound.
